The project consisted of a 4000m² 12m stud document management warehouse, an 800m² document destruction facility, office and dock areas and a high security archive storage warehouse. The archive storage warehouse is believed to be the largest facility of its kind in the southern hemisphere.
Careful design and detailing of the structure optimised the large steelwork and precast concrete elements to accelerate the construction programme.
