Joe is a contracted engineer with the Urban Search and Rescue team within Fire and Emergency New Zealand.
Joe specialises in multi-storey building analysis and design and has experience within the commercial, accommodation, and public sectors. He has also completed a number of structural peer reviews on projects in these areas.
Joe was heavily involved with the Invercargill Central Development and enjoys working closely with contractors.
