Development areas include new learning spaces, a new library, breakout spaces, a presentation area, as well as new administration and staff areas.
New construction includes a single storey and a two-storey classroom block with open and flexible learning environments. The structure consists of a combination of steel frames, discrete steel bracing elements and precast flooring maximising offsite construction for speed and cost efficiency.
Two existing blocks are being seismically strengthened with new roof cross bracing, steel portal frames and plasterboard bracing walls.
